I have used all three and the bubbles turn out great no matter what percent alcohol you use.

I mixed the guar gum and baking powder with the rubbing alcohol first, then added the soap and then added that mix into the water already in a bucket and I didn’t get any lumps.

I like to mix the guar gum, baking powder and rubbing alcohol together until they are well-combined and then add the dish soap and the water. Hopefully that helps!
