So, I am a youth leader for our church and we wanted to recognize the girls in our group and let them know how amazing they are. These candy bar awards were the simplest idea and all of the girls LOVED it. Here’s how you can do it to.

I designed these simple 5.5″x4.25″ award cards that can be printed at home on 8.5×11 paper and cut down to size. Each one has the name of a candy bar with a small pun tagline to go with it. Cut and attach your candy bars

I tried to make these cards generic enough that they could apply to a variety of different people. After I printed the cards off, I wrote the names of the girls I wanted to give them to on the line provided. Then I just stopped at the store and picked up the applicable candy bars.

Hand out your awards

We had a fun PJs and Pancakes night and gave away these fun awards at the end of the evening. I tried to think of a story or genuine reason why each girl got the award that they did. This way, they didn’t feel like they were getting some generic award that didn’t really apply to them. All of the girls were all smiles and it was really fun to do something nice for them.
