Having an attitude of gratitude is something everyone can practice. It’s healing and happiness for the brain. That’s why I made a FREE daily gratitude chart that you can print at home and fill in every single day of the year. You’ll be happier before you know it. Check it out.
Recently, Russell M. Nelson, president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, released a world-wide message of about the healing power of gratitude. He encouraged everyone, regardless of your religious beliefs, to have more gratitude in your life. So, I took this opportunity to create a FREE daily gratitude chart.
Download your FREE daily gratitude chart
I created three different versions of the same gratitude chart that you can download by clicking on the link below. You have the option of print a blue, orange or black and white-themed chart. Or just print them all! I offer this printable for FREE to all visitors of my blog, but if you’d like to show your support, feel free to buy me a taco 🌮.
Print and hang in your home
Print a copy of the daily gratitude chart for each member of your family. Have them write their name and the date at the top. Make sure you hang them in a prominent place in your home where everyone can see them. This is a great daily reminder of being grateful.
Record your thanks everyday
Each gratitude chart has 140 empty spaces on them. Take time every day to write down one thing that you are grateful for. Tell your kids that the only rule is that they can’t put down the same thing twice on the chart. You’ll be amazed at how taking a moment to be grateful everyday will change your outlook and attitude on life.
I am a firm believer that being grateful makes you happier. According to the Positive Psychology, when we express gratitude and receive the same, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin, the two crucial neurotransmitters responsible for our emotions, and they make us feel ‘good’. They enhance our mood immediately, making us feel happy from the inside.
I hope these free printable charts will inspire more gratitude in your home. Let me know what you thought of it. Leave your comments below.
