Easy Thanksgiving dinner table favors with printable cutouts
Thanksgiving should be a dinner that stands out from all the other dinners throughout the year. That’s why these Thanksgiving dinner table favors will add that special touch to your holiday festivities. Plus, they are super easy. Here’s how to do it.
So, I made these when we had Thanksgiving dinner with my family. Everyone loved them! Although they are super simple, they were a hit. I made sure to add lots of yummy treats inside. Here’s how to do it.
Gather your table favor supplies
These table favors are all about the treats inside. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Mini candy boxes – I bought some cute rectangular boxes from Gygi’s that were 2-1/2″ x 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4. But you can but what size candy box you want.
- Peanut M&Ms
- Dove chocolates
- Lindt truffles
- Fall colored paper
- White adhesive vinyl
- Cricut
Cut and attach your vinyl words
So, I created a file with some fun words for Thanksgiving such as “gobble” and “blessed” and then cut those words out with my Cricut. Then, I created a shadow for each of those vinyl words with different fall colors. Click the link below to download the file for these cutouts.
The white lettering on top of the shadows really made it pop. Then, just glued the lettering to the top of the Thanksgiving dinner table favors. I loved the way that it turned out. And it really didn’t take that long either.
Fill your candy boxes with goodies
The last step is to fill your candy boxes with yummy treats. The favorites were definitely the Lindt truffles. These favors were the perfect little treat for before and after the big holiday dinner.
I hope this helps you as your are planning for your upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. What other ideas do you have to make Thanksgiving extra special with your friends and loved ones? Leave your comments below.
