Delicious crockpot nachos

This is a yummy dump and go recipe that is a definite crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1.5 cups frozen corn
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • avocados
  • limes
  • cilantro lime dressing

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken at the bottom of a large crockpot. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken. Then add the drained beans, corn and Rotel tomatoes on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before you're ready to eat, shred the chicken and add one 8-ounce block of cream cheese. Once it's all melted, stir until it's all mixed.
  • When you're ready to eat, place a layer of tortilla chips on your plate, then add the chicken mixture and all of your toppings.
