I designed these gift tags in two convenient sizes: large (4.24×5.5) and small (2.77×3.7). You can print these high-quality PDFs at home or send them to your local copy store. I recommend printing them on cardstock so they are more sturdy. To purchase and print these tags, just click on the link at the end of this blog post.

Cut out your tags
This printable download includes four large tags and nine small tags for a total of two pages. The small tags pair well with the regular-sized Kit Kat candy bars you buy at the grocery store. The large tags go well with the eight-pack Kit Kat snack bars.

You can write a note to the person on the back of the gift tag if you’d like. These LDS baptism gift tags are perfect for primary presidencies or Sunday school teachers who want to give a small gift to the members of their class or primary who are getting baptized that year.
