Loaded mini tator tot bites

This easy appetizer recipe is perfect for any party or gathering.

  • 1 48 cup mini muffin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 48 frozen tator tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Place one tator tot in each of the 48 cups of a sprayed mini muffin pan. Cook in the oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow the tator tots to cool slightly and then press the back of a teaspoon into each of the tator tots while still in the pan to form a small cup. Sprinkle cheese onto each of the tots and then place the pan back into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
    Once slightly cooled, place each of the tator tot cups onto a tray or charcuterie board. Squeeze a dollop of sour cream onto each tot bite. They sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
