Beary cute! Homemade 3-ingredient gummy bears
If you haven’t hopped on the gummy train, then these 3-ingredient gummy bears are just the ticket. They’re so adorable and easy, your kids will be begging for me. So take a look!

I’ve always wanted to try to make homemade gummy bears but I thought they would be too hard. Little did I know how simple and fun they are. My kids joined in on the cooking adventure and gobbled them up in no time. First off though, I want to give a shout out to The Spruce Eats. That’s where I got this recipe. Here’s how you can make your own as well.

Gather your 3-ingredient gummy bear supplies
The glorious thing about this recipe is that it only requires three ingredients! Yep, you heard me. And one of the ingredients is water. Just repeat this recipe for each different box of Jell-O that you use. So, here’s what you’ll need:

Mix and prep your ingredients
First, mix 3oz of flavored Jell-O powder, one envelope of unflavored gelatin (about 1/4 oz) and 1/3 cup of cold water. Repeat this with step in separate bowls for any other desired flavor of gelatin.

Allow the mixed ingredients to rest for 10 minutes in the bowl(s) to allow the gelatin to soak up the water and soften. Then place the mixtures one at a time into the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix and then put in the microwave for another 30 seconds. The mixture should be dissolved. If not put it back in the microwave for another 10-15 seconds until dissolved.

Pour gummy bear mixture into the molds
Using the droppers, carefully pour the mixture into the gummy bear molds one at a time. Make sure you spray the molds with Pam spray before you start putting the mixture it. One mold sheet had 50 gummy bears on it. If you do a different color for each of the gummy bear mold sheets, you will have a little bit left over from each color. I put the remaining mixtures into other silicon molds that I had laying around the house. Then place the molds in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
Once your 3-ingredient gummy bears have solidified completely, pull them out of the fridge and pop them out of their molds. They should pop out easily. Then pop them into your mouth! Yum!

My kids had so much fun helping me making these and especially eating them. I only wish we had more because they ate them so quickly. If you want to print this recipe for these delicious and adorable little bears, just click the link below.
