DIY chapstick onesie baby shower party favor
If you are looking for a cute baby shower party favor idea, these chapstick onesies are freaking cute! They are super easy to make and add the perfect touch to your party. Check it out!
My sister asked me to design these simple cut out baby onesies. They were so simple and easy to make. Plus, they turned out adorable. And you can pick whatever color of paper you want to add your own personal touch. Here’s how I did it.
Gather your party favor supplies
In order to make this baby shower party favor, you’ll need a few supplies. I used a Cricut cutting machine but you can also cut them out by hand if you don’t have one of those.
- Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine or scissors
- Patterned 12×12 inch pink paper or patterned blue paper (regular paper, not cardstock preferred)
- Chapsticks
Download your onesie pattern
I designed this onesie pattern super simple. You can either cut out your onesies using a cutting machine or if you don’t have a cutting machine, then you can cut them out by hand.

Print and cut your favors
If you have a Cricut, you can use the JPGs that you downloaded above and cut them out. It only took me about 20 minutes to cut out 50 onesies. It was super fast and easy. If you don’t have a Cricut, then, you can print the PDF of the outlined onesies on your home printer. Then, just cut them out by hand.
Insert your lip balms
Now for the last step. Once your baby shower party favor is cut out, just insert the lip balms into the designed slot in the middle of the onesie. Then, you’re done! You can make as many as you want with the downloaded files. Place them in a basket for your baby shower guests to enjoy!
This baby shower party favor is such a fun way to celebrate that friend or family member in your life and their upcoming arrival. Let me know how you like it! Here’s a link to the download one more time in case you didn’t see it above.
