Easy monster Halloween marshmallow popcorn treats

Gather your Halloween marshmallow popcorn ingredients
There are many variations of marshmallow popcorn online but this one is by far the best. It’s so delicious. Here’s the ingredients that you’ll need to buy:
- 20 cups popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- Halloween M&Ms with Halloween colors
- Candy corn and candy pumpkins
- Mini eyeball sprinkles
- Halloween sprinkles
- Treat bags
Combine your main ingredients
The first step is to pop your popcorn. Twenty cups is about two regular microwave popcorn bags. Or you can pop your own traditional popcorn in a popcorn popper. Then place the popcorn in a large mixing bowl. You’ll want a really big bowl so you can mix everything together.
Melt the butter and corn syrup in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once fully melted, add the marshmallows and white chocolate chips. No need for a candy thermometer. Stir until completely melted and combined.
Finishing touches
Next, just pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir to combine. Then, add all of your favorite Halloween candy including candy corn, M&Ms, candy eyeballs and whatever else you want.

Ingredients
- 20 cups popcorn
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 bag candy corn
- 1 bag Halloween M&Ms
- ¼ cup eyeball sprinkles
Instructions
- Pop two microwave bags of popcorn or 20 cups of popcorn total. Melt butter and corn syrup in a medium pot over medium low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips and stir to combine until melted. Pour marshmallow mixture over the popcorn in a large bowl. Add candy corn, mini eyeballs and M&Ms and mixture to combine. Divide into serving-size handfuls and form into popcorn balls or place into treat bags. Enjoy!
